Payment terms

  • Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and credit card.

Plan conditions

  • Your place is secured with a 30% deposit of the total trip price.
  • The full package must be paid 120 days before the trip.*
  • You must hold an advanced certification from a WRSTC school.
  • If you have already paid a deposit, in part or in full, and need to cancel your trip at least 120 days in advance, you will receive a credit note with a 30% penalty on the amount paid, redeemable against another trip with us.
  • *If the cancellation is notified 119 days or less before departure, no refund will be given.*
  • If force majeure prevents the trip from going ahead, the traveller may choose either a full refund or a credit towards a future trip.
  • If, once at the destination, an activity cannot go ahead for reasons attributable to us, the value of that activity will be refunded.
  • If an activity cannot go ahead due to force majeure (weather or civil unrest), or the traveller simply chooses not to take part, no refund will be given.
  • If you do not pay within the stated deadlines you will lose your place, and no refund will be given for the amount already paid.
  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines or transport operators.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified in writing and any deposits paid will be refunded.
